The Crestline Circle

Loyalty Program

The Crestline Circle is the standing membership programme of - designed not around points accumulated but around privileges deepened over time. It recognises that a guest who returns to this property is not choosing a hotel brand; they are choosing a specific address, a specific floor, a specific table at The Crestline Room - and the programme is built to honour that specificity. Membership is open to all registered guests and advances through three named tiers, each one granting a closer relationship with the property and the people who operate it.

Loyalty Program

Three Named Tiers

The programme advances through Foundling, Resident, and Patron standing - each tier unlocking a distinct layer of access to gaming floor privileges, dining priority, and room category upgrades.

Preference Memory

From the first stay, the programme records room orientation preferences, dining seating habits, and gaming floor tendencies - surfacing them automatically on every subsequent booking without the guest needing to repeat themselves.

Birthday and Anniversary Recognition

Patron-tier members arriving within seven days of a registered personal occasion are received with a room upgrade and a reserved table in the Governor's Anteroom - confirmed in advance, never announced at check-in.

Transfer of Earned Standing

Crestline Circle standing may be formally extended to a second registered traveller - a business partner, spouse, or long-term colleague - allowing both to access the same tier without requiring independent qualification.

Early Access to Closed Events

Resident and Patron members receive advance notice of private events - including the annual Heritage Recognition Dinner, seasonal chef's table evenings, and floor closure events - before invitations extend to the general guest list.

Patron Welcome on Arrival

Patron-tier members are met at the door by a named member of the management team - not the front desk, not a porter - who accompanies them to the Map Room check-in suite and remains their primary contact for the duration of the stay.
